The two medical crewmembers on the Eurocopter AS350 B2 repeatedly shouted the pilot’s name but got no response as the helicopter descended in a steepening right bank, rolled inverted and crashed to the ground near Hazelhurst, Wisconsin, the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said.
