67th Annual Business Aviation Safety Summit
The 67th Business Aviation Safety Summit will take place at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa.
Hotel
Flight Safety Foundation has reserved a block of sleeping rooms (single or double occupancy) at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa for conference participants at the special group rate of $219/night, not inclusive of taxes. Room reservations can be made online or over the phone at (888) 236-2427 to take advantage of our special group rate. In-room Wi-Fi is included, and the resort fee has been waived for conference participants who book in the FSF group block.
The cut-off date is Friday, April 22, 2022. After the cut-off date, it is at the hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations at the group rate, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.

Covid-19
Here are some key safe management measures we are taking:
- Temperature screenings will be conducted at venue entrances.
- Attendees are required to practices 1-meter safe distances between individuals.
- All attendees are required to always wear a face mask, except when drinking and eating.
Travel documentation requirements: Passports and Visas
Participants who will travel to BASS 2022 from outside of the United States, should consult the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in their country of citizenship for more information on passport, visa, and other applicable entry requirements. Participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary entry documents. If you require an original invitation letter from Flight Safety Foundation to obtain a visa, please allow 4 weeks for receipt. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, BASS 2022 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the Flight Safety Foundation’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video recordings, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
